Green Belt
South Godstone is located in the centre of Tandridge. The area is hilly, sloping southwards around Posterngate Farm before rising again into South Godstone. There are small copse and ancient woodland areas scattered amongst the fields and farmland that surround the village.
•Community workshops: Host sessions explaining what over development means (loss of green space, strain on infrastructure). Example: A local talk showing how too many new buildings can cause traffic jams and school overcrowding. •Information leaflets & posters: Share simple visuals comparing “balanced growth” vs. “overdevelopment.” •Social media campaigns: Use Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook to share short videos of local areas at risk.
