The site is identified as an “Area of Great Landscape Value “ and as “Green Belt” in Figure 2 “Adapted spatial land-use and policy designations in Godstone Parish

Biodiversity and Environmental Concerns

The site supports a range of flora and fauna, some of which may be protected or endangered. Development will result in habitat loss,
